Bad service at mtn store in Eyethu Mall

On 09 September 2019, I went to Eyethu Mall to submit documents as my mtn number is on watch list. I had all the documents as required. Mtn consultant took the for scanning and e mailing, bt when am making follow up with mtn call center I was told that they haven’t received my documents and I have to resend to them. The service in that mtn store is so bad, I want for 15 minutes when two gents working there were chatting to their friends. Hence the guy who supposed to help didn’t do what he was suppose to do.
