BAD SERVICE AT MTN SHOP

Poor service at MTN.. Coner Love day and Fox in Johannesburg : i went there to ask for contract sim swap of a Mobile phone i ended up being treated like **** and insulted even worse the Security from the street where also called to remove me from the shop. WHY because i ask y should i pay R115 cash on the spot ,the answer was CALL 135 AND ASK THEM, and i ask y cant you explain it to me for that processes, for asking that he started to shout at me and tell me to leave the shop and get assistance elsewhere. its when he call the security to through me out. He doesn't even have a name tag. Eishh
