Bad Service at MTN Phone repair & exchange

Hi Peter,

I would like to report my frustration with MTN. My situation is simple, I got an iPhone 12 from MTN and the phone was sent back to MTN due to a problem. at the time the phone was still under repair and maintenance warranty. MTN was unable to fix the phone and therefore an exchange was issued. It's been a long time since I have been waiting for my only phone with which I do business and all my activities. I have called time and time again but still, there is no promise or any concerns about my phone or exchange. MTN has a very bad habit of queuing phones for the long term and not worrying about their client. I'm so upset with them.

Please may someone help out, as I'm screaming as loud as possible for any possible help?
