Bad service at MTN New Market Mall

<p>Hi</p> <p>I would to express my ultimate disappointment in the service I received at the MTN store in new market mall Alberton. I brought an Iphone on the 7th of April and the cable was problematic and damaged in less than 1 month. I took the cable back on the 13th of May,with the hope of getting a refund but was merely told that they cannot refund or even exchange since the cable was damaged which was surprising to me as when I brought the cable I was told it has a 1year warranty" surprisingly the one guy who works at mtn said "Oh another iphone cable issue" Which to me means they get a lot of such complaints and yet they still these faulty cables to clients.</p> <p>I would like my R330 refund back for the cable or I will take the matter up until I receive my money.</p> <p>Regards<br />Simangele</p>
