Bad service at MTN Meadowdale ,with an unwarranted contract increase

In April 2025 I went to MTN Meadowdale to complain about an increased amount on my contract from R489 to R 504 the consultant Bongani told me that there is something added to my contract which is causing the increase and it will be removed.

Since then nothing changed. Today I went there and came across Natasha the consultant, she then informed me that there was an increase in n the contract since February 2025 and she then phoned MTN head office ,after the call I was told by her that i have to go to MTN mall of Africa to enquire about the increase which it doesn't make sense since I took my contract at Meadowdale

Can I please request that something place on my account to increase the repayment be removed as a matter of agency and a refund be placed to my account.
