Bad service at Mtn Customer care!
To whom it may concern! I would like to complain about the bad service I'm currently receiving at Mtn. I was due for an upgrade from 17 September 2019, Lady i spoke to delivered an incorrect device of which I returned back on the 23 September 2019 at Centurion Mall mtn stores. Until today I haven't received a correct device, I've been speaking to several consultants at Mtn with no luck. What a customer need to do to get a good service at Mtn?

Your response is not good enough because now it's been a month trying to your call center with no one will to take initiative and give me a feedback.
I am now canceling your service and look elsewhere for a better proactive response and service.
