Bad service at MTN Colonade

Disorganized and lazy employees.

We asked the technical person to transfer the data from my wife's phone to her new phone.

We didn't check the work done in the store but only at home.

Only 10% of the data and Apps were loaded on the new phone.

On the same day I replaced my phone Vodacom and they did a GREAT job. All my info and Apps were transfered to my new phone.
