Bad service at Mtn carnival

I’ve been having with a problem with Mtn store carnival mall. I’ve been trying to do a sim swap and they keep turning me away cause of their bad system and admin. Today I went again and they said that they can’t help me they can only help contract customers not prepaid customers. The staff were very rude
