Bad service at MTN Calton Centre

I was at calton Centre yesterday at around 12h00 to do my sim swap i have more than 1 month struckling to do one i did no have an ID but my drivers license the consultant at repair caunter refused to help me but she had biometeic system to verify me she even refused to tell me her name i ask the lady at the entrance she also refused.what surprises me is that i was at ghandi square for more than 3 times thay where willing to help me using my driver's license unfortunately they where offline.i m also doing customer service where i m working but MTN carlton Centre is very bad i m very disappointed with their service
