Bad service at MTN

I've had such a very bad experience with MTN. There is no direction and they keep sending me from one point to another. My line has been suspended due to incorrect billing when I was upgrading. I made payment at the store on the 7th and I was told the suspension has been lifted. I still can't make calls and no one is able to help. I've never seen experienced such a bad service.
