Bad Service at MTN

I'm so disappointed with MTN, I took a contract with you guys for 36 months and its suppose to end on the 22 Nov. 2023 but you decided to hand my account over and tell me I’m in arrears. I'm paying 280 each month for my MTN contract number *** and now I’m advised that I’m owing R2900 for Contract that i cancelled and returned the device over a 2 years ago.

I've tried to contact your contact centre but you staff are so *********** I was transferred from one consultant to another and was on the call for 50 minutes at times, they don’t know how to assist clients and how to treat them. for the past two days I’ve contact you guys trying to resolve this but I wasn't assisted. Due to that my line is suspended I’m not also going to continue on paying the R280 for something that I’m unable to use. As the account is headed over keep it that way because I’m not going to pay for it anymore and I’m going to be change to a different network.
