Bad service at MTN.

My experience with MTN has not been good for the month I have upgraded. I made an pre-order for the Samsung galaxy S22 ultra with Nkuleko and then he said after everything he booked me an tablet with the phone promotion. I WILL get the tablet. Then nothing happens. Later on the 9th of March (after no one has phoned) Tendika answered and took our order and when everything was finished she spoke to me saying that if there is something wrong like my phone tablet or ear buds I should take it to the store and will be replaced. I ask if we are going to get the tablet she said yes it is booked on out contract. We did get the phone late because the carrier company was not co-operative and I got my phone on the 15th of March. When I check if I can get my promos it was not there like it was promised. I was mislead and I want my tablet because it was promised to me. Not just that, some days later I got an call from the call center and the agent start asking when will I pay my bill. I said like I do on the end of every month. She was very rude and yelling and demanded I must pay. And then at the Springs Mall after I got an email from the repair center for my A31 they told me that it was at the store on the 17th of March already and it is the 6 of April! I went early me and my dad to go and pick up the phone. The lady went to see if the phone was there but came back saying there was nothing!? On my way back the repair center emailed me and said it must be there and Portia signed for the phone's delivery. Went back and it was the worst experience I ever had as an customer. The man took my phone that I'm using out of my hand not asking if he can show the email to the lady, he just pulled his eyes and walked on. They let me wait and then shouted when my dad ask why is he helping someone else. And treated me like I was a worker there. Then afterwards shouted at me he told you. But he was talking to someone else. I was so disappointed in how they treated me and my dad. And suddenly the man bring the phone out from the back and the lady earlier that morning said it wasn't there. I ask that I want the delivery slip to show when the date was delivered he grabbed the phone and said I'm refusing to sign witch I never said at all. I let them call the branch manager witch had no clue what was going on and also pulled her eys she just let me signed and leave. I did explained what happened but she didn't looked interested in what happened. All these things happened while I just want some peace off mind. And the promised goods that was promised.
