Bad. Service at MTN

My contract ended on the 24th of March 2021. I phoned the cancellation department on the 25th to change my contract to "pay as you go". I went to the useless office in the Grove Mall today and was told they are still busy with it. I must follow up with the call centre. This is the same branch that made me change over to Vodacom after being a client for many years at MTN.
