Bad service at mtn

It seems like people have forgetten what customer service is. I app**** for a mtn contract n i was told it will take a week for them to get stock. 3Weeks later i am still waiting and when i go to the store i am told there is nothing they can do and i must rather change the phone that i want. I am so tired of being mistreated
