Bad Service @ MTN

I made a contract of MINT SAPPHIRE WHITE CT with Mobile Networks Telephone over the phone.They deliver the tablet on the 28th March 2017 and on the 30th March.I took it to MTN at Boulders Midrand so that they can put the simcards for me but only to find out that the tablet was faulty it was just a hole it couldnt hold the simcard.It was return to their MTN repair offices. By the 30th March they already deducted R246 from my account which I didnt agreed to.I called the numbers from one of the contract invoices I had,I wassend from pillar to post.I was given so many numbers to call just to track how far the is the repairs but up until today I dont have an answer. In April I decided to cancel the contract seeing that I dont have a tablet and the numbers are not activated yet but I was told that I must pay the cancellation fee. I have never receive the tablet and the numbers were never activated but my money is being deducted I reversed the one for April and May because i cannot pay for the service I have not recived.
