Bad service at EAST RAND MALL store

I was convinced by a store assistant to upgrade for another phone. I upgraded to Hisence phone during July month 2019. It was the only affordable phone available and last phone for me. The phone is currently not working and I reported the matter at East rand mall shop. I was advised by two ladies that I should take the phone to Hisence office in bedforview. I phoned Hisence office and I was advised that the store should book the phone on my behalf. I went back to the store on Saturday 03/08/2019 and I was told that they are offline and I was supposed to have bring a charger. I have been to the store more than three times without any assistance, the staff at east rand mall store are so rude and don’t have the customer service expertise. They frown their faces and communicate with each other. I am currently not using my phone and have been paying for it for more than two months
