Bad service!!! And why must I always go to hello Peter to sort things out??? Why???

My contract did expires on the 27th Nov. So 27th Nov I call 135, call ***, he put me through To NGONELE, So he said he will cancel my contract it will be cancel after 24 hours. 28th Nov after 24 hours my contract is still not cancel. I call again 135, Call ***, speak to Tshepo. I asked him why my contract is still not cancel??He said the other guy forget maybe he will cancel my contract .... It's the 1st Des my contract is still not cancel...! Why not? I'm not going to pay for these extra day's? My account for my *** is paid in full???I'm loyal customer and that's the service I get ??? 23th Was I'm going to cancel my other contract. Bad service!!! And why must I always go to hello Peter to sort things out??? Why???
