Bad service and useless illeterate customer care agents

I am so ****ed and tired of youryuseless customer care agents,who dont even care about helping us when we do simple things like cancelling a expired contract,i had two contract ,it took me 60days to cancell a mere contract,they willl transfer you from useless pillar to post just to finish your airtime,i hate mtn because now i have got another contract that i want to cancell,customer agent adviced me to pay R170 in any MTN shop,i went to greenstone mtn shop when i get the the sales person in the told me the system say i must pay R370 which i paid ,it is the 10th days since i paid but i9 have calling then but all i get is nonsensentical stupid reason,all they say is the payment isnt appearing in their system so all of them ,dontb know what to do,they promise to call back but they never call,im damn tired of your bad service please,do better and cancell my 2nd contract because i dont wanna be treated bad again....you are useless MTN
