Bad service and useless customer care agents

MTN is useless and it doesn't care about its customers,i have been calling them,they still fail cancel my contract,it seems like everyone in MTN doesn't wanna help especially anything to do with cancellation of contract,i hate MTn and its bad service,they didn't even bother to respond to my first review.....shame on you MTN ,i wont use your service anymore and i wish more people can cancel their contract because am sure am not the first customer with similar bad service and its useless customer care agents
