Bad service and Unauthorized billing

I have a contract with mtn which gets debited via debit order monthly, but each time I go into my account, it shows im behind for 90 days. Then I have to pay those amounts again because my phone gets locked. It happened 3 times already within a 2 year period. Customer complaints does get an sms response and thats it, nothing being done.
