Bad service and unauthorised debit order

Can anyone assist me with MTN. They are busy debiting on my account and I have already cancelled the contract that I used for for only 9 days. No one can be able to assist me from MTN. My calls are dropped. Please if there is anyone who can assist I will appreciate it I have been complaining since November no one has ever contacted me
