Bad service and they are ******

I m Nolanga Sibanyoni,,I have cancelled the contract December,, They penalize me I paid R5115..but the still deduct my money, I went to their shop , they saw me that , I must get a refund of R2115, they ask me to send my banking details, I did sent still waiting
