Bad service and the worse turnaround time

I logged a complaint on tbe 6 October regarding MTN that loaded the incorrect amount of data for the month of October. I request MTN to rectify same and to date im still waiting feedback from MTN regarding the concern raised. Can someone please revert back to me.
