BAD SERVICE AND SYSTEMS

MTN must be the worst SA business. For a technology company I have major reservations with the IT Systems. I app**** for an upgrade and the person indicated that the contract price I would pay is R30 per month more ex*****ve than the advertised price (Only because MTN did not port me to their new system yet and the dont know when that will happen). R30 per month is not that significant, but from a principle perspective a refuse to be hikacked by these clowns. Maybe it is time to move on, although I suspect a simialr service from Vodacom. We need to get more credible competition in the market.
