Bad service and **** network company 😔

I would like to lodge a complain ON MTN It is with sadness that I have resorted to this decision to make my voice heard. I have contracts with MTN( Ncebakazi Mhlaba) ***, one for cellphone and I have been paying insurance for it, on the 29th of May I was involved in an accident and I lost my phone, I contacted MTN to get another phone, they asked me to pay an access fee, of which I did, next thing they did was deduct 2xR5400 which were unauthorized. To this day, I have not received a phone or any update on the matter. Another contract is an unlimited home WiFi, this one I cancelled 7 days within their timeframe for cancellations but they have been debiting since, and I am not using their WiFi.

Because of these reasons, I would like to cancel all my contracts with immediate effect because it's clear that they are a ****.
