Bad service and robbing me with a bill thats not even correct

Mtn has now blocked my number and still havent even corrcted my bill or emailed or even called me again they keep referring my account to the billing department yet no one is correcting my bill to think ive been with mtn for 6years i wish i didnt need mtn i could have been with cellc which is much cheaper.MTN IS ROBBING ME AND IM A GOOD CUSTOMER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MTN. ITS BEEN 2WEEKS NOW AND STILL IM NOT SORTED AND THEY DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
