Bad service and poor Treatment

I have being reporting to Mtn about Made4u offers, which I was told that it changes from time to time but is not,mine is fixed offers for 4 months now and is not a reasonable price to purchase,

I did Sent DMs to Mtn but they told me that Nothing they can do to help,No Solution
