Bad service and pathetic after support from an MTN "champion"

I've been trying for 5 weeks now to get in touch with someone to help me get my LTE internet connection sorted out. I sometimes work from home and while using the internet. The onternet just drops and after 5min the internet is back, this can happen every 20min or so.

When I call a agent the level of service is so bad that the call is just dropped after trying to explain my issue. When the agent tell me she wil log a ticket nd put me through to a network engineer the call is dropped from their end. FYI, im colling from Telkom nd Vodacom number. Just my internet is on MTN.

A ticket was raised before according to the agent but was resolved the same day. And here 2 weeks later and still having he same issue. Please can someone just check the tower properly. And can the agents be a more helpful to assist in this regard. Friendliness doesn't take much, and when the agent speak to you it's like they just woke up.

The service is sooo bad from MTN.
