bad service and over paying

<p>Im with MTN for 5 years now but there service is just getting worse everyday...I have two contracts with them my one is fine but the other one they over charging me im paying like R330 a month but must pay R249 so im going to pay them 24 months its 24 times R80 more every month so im going to give them R1920 for nothing its heavy on someone that doesnt get a good income...I have called and emailed MTN many times and they dont sort it out...I went to MTN Newcastle Natal and they said will sort it out but its not sorted...on my contract it states R249...wish someone can just help me its really bad service from them</p>
