Bad service and not treating customers fairly

I would like to share my experience regarding Mtn I have been offered very bad service at Mtn Sandton their service is poor and they don't know how to treat customers fairly I have a problem with my contract my line was blocked yet I paid due to insurance that I never signed up for and I've been sent back n forth when it comes to resolving the issue
