Bad service and no experions

I upgrated on the mtn app. I phoned on the 28th to here when the phone wil be deliverd. They said its been send to dsv courier. So i phoned dsv and they have no idee what im talking about nothing shows on the system that it has been collected or scand in. So i phoned today again after saing phone dis numer then that 1 said phone that number 9 deferent people still no luck. Is there anyone in mtn that knows what is going on in that company and can help me.
