BAD SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

I am appalled by the service I have received, I registered for a contract and submitted all documents at the beginning of August 2022 and had constant messages stating that my contract is pending due to missing documents, I resubmitted and emailed on numerous occasions but had no response, I called 3 times and they still state I need to submit documents. I have told them I have submitted all this and they wouldn't even let me speak to the department that receives the documents. I have now cancelled the application and will go through a different service provider. I am very angry at the lack of response etc.
