Bad service and negligence

I have a Sony V which I've had on contract for 2years. In January I took my handset2MTN new market mall4a screen repair,as it was cracked. I received a quote of R2999 I declined the quote requesting my handset back(Which was already a month later) Upon paying the service fee&receiving it back, the power button was missing. I took the phone back within 24hours. They booked it in2the repair centre&again came back with a cost of repair. My phone was given in with its power button intact&now Im being charged2replace it?This is unacceptable. After being given the run around since January&after "investigations" my phone suddenly has water damage&is beyond ecconomical repair. Hows this possible when it went through4a cracked screen repair&was returned with a missing power button. I want this sorted out!!Everytime the manager is "unavailbe" I want my phone back in the condition it was given in. Not with sudden water damage& missing power button. This is unacceptable&the service Ive received2date is shocking. I expect this2be excallated&dealt with. Iv been paying4my handset all whilst I actually have no handset. This isnt the service I expect from MTN especially as a long time standing customer
