bad Service and lies

I have made a payment EFT on the 23rd of March 2018 which mtn claims that they can not find it and telling me that I never paid to their account, some of the agent have drop my calls on my only mistake is my references and their tell i have made a payment they suspended my phone so many time can someone look at this matter am so angry cause I have been trying to slove this so many time and your agents they dont even know how to deal with this matter even team leaders, I want this matter to be resolved we have to write to hello peter so that are we Quires could be sloved , its money and time also.
