Bad service and it's not my first time - These people in the customer care I don't believe they know their job

Worst service ever they debited wrong amount from my account for June and July trying to get them to credit me back my amount it has been a night mare. I has been two weeks now. I have been on the call with them for 2 hours each and every person tells me different stories. on their side it does appear that I was suppose to be debited R529 but now I am being told they still need to investigate what's there to investigate on it does appear on their side that I should be paying R529.
