Bad service and getting charged for services

Getting charged on my number and not even using the sim-card that much. I keep getting these "Content Events" charge on my bill. I queried it with mtn and they said they can't refund it as I'm not using the sim card enough. I mean seriously, a Service provider that tells you that. I hope MTN gets a pain in the butt with this pathetic service. Will cancel my contract as soon as I can
