Bad service and **********

On the 10th of January 2020 I bought a P30 lite on a contract at MTN, they advised me to insure there phone because if it happen that it breaks or get lost so I took the insurance. It kept on debiting every month, so today decided to go and claim since my phone is broken their telling me that the is no contract of an insurance that reflects under my name even though I should them proof of insurance contract and statement of it debiting!!!
