Bad Service and False Information
<p>I have renewed my MTN contract in January 2017, MTN is promoting a Iphone for life package that if you pay R100p/m you will recieved a new Iphone every 12 months, this is a good deal and I asked the lady (Lindiwe) about it and she said that I need to take out an Iphone 7 contrack and complete the necessary documents and it is done, when I asked her about the documnets she said she will get it for me, since then I have phoned her ocasianaly for the documents andevery time she has a differend story, I have contacted MTN direct and they said I need to aply at the MTN store where I took out my contract, up till today I have not recieved the documents and I feel that I was cheated under false intention when reneuwing my contract. I need to warn other clients about this.</p>

Ok you are sorry, but what are you going to do about this, sorry does not change any thing, I still sits with the same problem, you are taking my money for a contract that I still feels you are promoting under false intensions, that is false advertising.
