Bad service and customer service agents

We purchased a online deal for an MTN Router n services, upon delivery they requested things ia had not been informed are required. Cancelation of the order was done but ni call back to offer new service or process a refund. The order was canceled on the 6th n M.M on Twitter for MTN is ignoring me and not assisting with the query what so ever.
