Bad service and coverage

Greetings I signed up for MTN uncapped WiFi and i before I signed up i checked my coverage and to my surprise now it says no coverage and to make things worse my sim card has not been registered (Rica ) it’s almost two days now and no one is willing to help me from their call centre i have been pushed from pillar to post all in all I am not happy with their product and service i have received
