Bad Service and Communication ******

After 3months of struggling with MTN to Rica to sim cards that they have sent for me in March with a Cellphone and a wifi pocket. Last month I was able to Rica at MTN in greenacres and I was told to check after 2hours before making use of the sim cards. Got home only the cellphone one that is working so they haven't deducted money since March which in my understanding was because they could see on their system that I haven't used any of the sim cards because of this Rica thing. Yesterday R1457.97 was debited by MTN tell me now wat exactly was I paying for in these tough times after I was seating at home and not working for 7weeks how am I gonna survive this month whereas I was only told I'll be paying R539 a month. I need my money and maybe u can take ur devices I honestly want nothing to do with MTN.
