BAD service and business models on MTN

MTN must be one of the worst networks I have had to deal with ever. Firstly, everytime there is a power outage or load shedding, I end up with no signal at all, never had this on other networks. Secondly, their app, USSD , etc... all shows I have an upgrade date on my contract of 1 April 2023. Yet, their website refuse to let me in and view deals stating the contract is not due for renewal and next upgrade date is due on 1 April 2023 (today is the 3rd and still saying this). Went to MTN shop and they saying it is an early upgrade and I need to pay R2100 cash in order to upgrade. They can not however explain to me why their system states as 1 April as they can also see that it shows 1 April 2023
