Bad service and Breach of Contract
I opened a contract with MTN in 2012,I only used the phone and sim unto 2013 when the sim blocked out of the blue.I went to MTN in parow and i was told to pay a fee for the sim swap which has blocked out of the blue and was not my problem. They claimed the sim was damaged but how does it get damaged while in the phone and not been tampered with i asked, nobody gave me a better solution but they demanded i pay.I decided to stop using MTN and started paying them until the ned of the contract in December 2014.I went to the CAPEGATE mtn TO CANCEL my contract and get my number to use as prepaid.I was told i am owing of which I paid the amount and demanded closure and to get my number.3 months down the line i went to the store to get my number and sim and i was told i owe R700 i paid that amount again and told them to closure the deal.I was promised till toady.I havent used that number and my airtime.I wanted to port the number out and MTN is refusing.please give me my number back.i would like to port it out.
