Bad service and bad attitude from mtn management and regional managers

I will not recommend anyone to use mtn as they don't care about their loyal customers as long as they receive payment they are happy what is happening on the ground and what their employees are doing to their customers they don't care.i am so disappointed with mtn I cannot wait for my contract to end.
