Bad service and bad atitude

I took my cell phone to MTN for repairs, and the phone has not yet returned back to me when I went to the store they always told me that they will call me when the phone is back and no one did ever get back to me, until I call MTN repairs and I was told that the phone has been sold because I took long to pay, and when I asked why did they decide to sell my phone without consulting me, I was told that its on the agreement I signed with the store, and at the store I was never told that information.<br> <br> I went to the store and I spoke to her and her colleague and was promised that they will get back to me with an answer on what happened.<br> <br> until today no one has called me has called me, I'm not sure if that is because I'm black or what.<br> I have then decided to instigate legal actions against MTN. for them having sold my phone when i sent it for repairs, <br> <br> at the call centre they adviced me to take this matter with mtn store but they are not helping/<br> <br>
