Bad Service and Attitude

After 27 years with them. I'm so disappointed and I don't want to hear the name MTN. After finishing my contract with them, I'm definitely going to part ways with them. For the first time they deducted 4500.00 from my account after so my years with them and when I'm disputing it the lady that I spoke to by the name of Phindile, she's did not want to listen to my dispute. I just want to tell MTN that I'm not going to pay that amount and you don't even have a nerve to call me, you just debited the whole amount without confirming with me as your customer. I don't own a business if you take so much from my account what do you expect me to survive for the whole of this month. From now on I will pay my R355. 00 at your MTN offices going forward. You don't care about your customers same applies to your staff.
