BAD SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE

Took out a month-to-month contract from the 2nd week in January I had no service, when I went to their shop in Volksrust the rude lady did not even listen to my issue, all she said they don't sell the rooter like mine any longer because of connectivity issues. I then went back later to cancel my contract as per the request of MTN because no one helps you online. I cancelled the contract returned the device and from the end of February the keep putting a debit order through and billed by account with R4999.00
