Bad service all around

Worst service I’ve ever gotten in my whole life ! I took out a contract in July 2022 mtn delivered the wrong persons phone to me luckily it was the same phone k ordered however the SIM card is rica’d to someone else I can’t excess my ewallets or balance checks yet mtn debits me every month the provide no service at all as for they consultants are so unprofessional they just transfer you all over place if they can’t assist you I’ve been trying to have a simple thing like a number linked to me changed and it is now January 2023 this is pathetic I would never recommend mtn to anyone your service is disgusting!
