BAD SERVICE AFFECTING MY CREDIT

I have been with MTN for over 8 years now.

Last month I paid the amount that they listed me for at the credit Bureau yet they have not yet updated that on the credit bureau.

They take 5 days to respond to something that you did not even ask for! this is affecting me financially!
