Bad Service

MTN has been a pain in my neck, I called them two months ago to cancel one of my contracts and they told me that it had been cancelled. They keep taking the money from my account after cancelling, and I called them again and they told me about a 30 days notice. After the 30 of cancelling they still debit my account for a contract that i cancelled months ago. Now when I call them nobody answers , they put me on hold forever. Am really unhappy about the service that I receive from MTN , having to be a client for more than 3 years with them.
